Open Education Global and NorQuest College, hosts of the Open Education Global (OE Global) 2023 Conference that will take place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Amiskwaciwâskahikan), from 16-18 October 2023, invite proposals for conference sessions. The theme of the Open Education Global 2023 Conference is Building a Sustainable World Through Open Education.
We welcome proposals for sessions and participants from every educational sector, such as K-12 (primary/secondary), college, university, galleries, libraries, archives, and museums (GLAMs). We welcome proposals that reflect on sustainability and inclusiveness and how Open Education can support the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and UNESCO’s six Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) priorities along with other societal challenges. We encourage presentations that provide creative solutions for attaining the SDGs and presentations that focus on the relationship between Open Education, sustainability, and traditional Indigenous knowledge.
Der diesjährige CC Summit, der eigentlich bereits im Mai in Lissabon hätte stattfinden sollen, wird nun vom 19. bis 24. Oktober 2020 virtuell veranstaltet. Bis zum 17. Juli 2020 sind noch Einreichungen zu unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen und in unterschiedlichen Formen zum Call for Proposals möglich.

Die jährliche Konferenz zu Open Education Forschung, Praxis und Policy #OER19 findet vom 10. bis 11. April 2019 an der National University of Ireland in Galway statt. Die #OER19 wird unter dem Motto „Recentering Open: Critical and global perspectives“ stehen. Der Call zur Einreichung von Beiträgen ist eröffnet und endet am 1. Dezember 2018.
